A few months ago, google maps said the car park was open. But when i got there, it was closed and being renovated. Are the renovations finished? Is the car park open again?

Payment doesn’t work. Intercom doesn’t work. Very unhelpful.
4 hours and 3 minutes costs more than the daily rate of 25. How does that work? Your signage in the carpark is false advertising!

26 for a lost pass. How do you live with yourselves?
I parked here for 30 minutes to shop at coles and unfortunately lost my paper ticket. As a result I was charged 25 - the daily maximum, for a lost ticket. I still had my coles receipt as proof that I qualified for a parking validation, and I was one of only 5 cars in the car park so my entry time could have easily have been verified using cctv. However, the person on the intercom, who spoke to me incredibly disrespectfully said I had to pay 25 and refused to discuss the matter further. I emailed ace parking regarding this and did not get any reply. It is not fair to be charged 25 for 30mins parking. I now use a different supermarket to avoid this car park.
Carpark was full and attendant would not let us out until we paid 4. She eventually gave up after I tore the boom gate off by hand
