I ordered an item from the website but later realised it was the wrong model (and they don’t range the one that I wanted), so I was pleased to learn that they would provide a refund for returning the item — but they incorrectly advised there would be a 10% restocking fee. I had subsequently found on their website that they actually offer a full refund, which they honoured once I pointed it out. So overall I was satisfied with the outcome, but these are basic store policies that staff should be aware of.

Great staff, and a great range of products and options. Very competitive prices, to the extent that staff would encourage you to check online. What I like best is the service and after sale service. I'll always get my qppliqnces there.

It's like Harvey Norman but small scale. Very sales focussed staff obviously working on commission. Not a pleasant experience.
Here is an experience for you. I went there because the prices are good. They sold me a fridge that would fit in the kitchen but would NOT fit in the front door or the kitchen door. Apparently they do this all the time. The driver said they will call me about it and they did not in five hours of this occurring. I called them and asked them for a full refund and they have short changed the refund 80.00. I could not even receive the fridge and they are charging me delivery for something that couldn't even be delivered. I wouldn't use them again. Once they get your money they aren't interested in doing the right thing. Better to go with a larger establishment that will honour customer service. Great to make 80 out of people for nothing.
It is a bit of a warehouse style shop. My experience is that really good bargains can be found there, but you need to be patient and not in a rush. By its pure nature, the shop has a smaller selection and what is available really depends on what has just come in and has not been bought yet. Before you go there, I recommend you do your research of what you are after and what the prices for that item are in general. Once you are armed with that information, go and see if it (or something similar) is available at Seconds World. That in my eyes is the best way to potentially landing a great bargain there
They never answer the phone! I've tried calling them numerous times to get a reprint of an invoice and the phone always rings out. Very unprofessional. They need to put more staff on and train them to answer the phone if they want to keep their customers!
