We had fantastic service from the lady who works there, she went above and beyond to help us out. However, Roy needs to take a leaf out of her book in terms of customer service. If he was more polite, patient and understanding this would be a 5 star review. The framing was perfect, besides some medals that were embedded in the frame on an angle.
