I recently ordered a gift through the Crayons website for a friend who had just had twins. I selected the gift wrapping options (which, as customary, you pay a small fee for). I realised after I placed the order that I had made a typo on the gift card message. When my friend sent me a photo of the gift she’d received I saw that not only had someone at Crayons handwritten the note on the gift card (most companies don’t bother and just print it out) but that person had even corrected my typo! Bless! So thank you Crayons person who did that. I was really grateful for the extra touch. Will happily order from you again in the future. (I should add the price for the toy was about 20 cheaper than anywhere else I saw).

Such a great company! I accidentally selected postage when I wanted to pick up from Silverwater and they happily refunded the postage cost. The office was easy to get to and collect my order, the staff were so friendly and said next time to call them and they will bring my order to the car rather than getting all my children out! Will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I ordered some warhammer models from here, they had great prices and the delivery was fast and processed my order fast aswell. They deserve to be noticed, have a look at the website. And consider them next time you need to purchase a gift. I ordered again from them and saved 20 on citadel paints compared to other suppliers. The order is on its way, again fast processing and delivery. Top notch

After stumbling across Crayons for some really well priced Christmas presents, I used them again for party favours for my daughter’s birthday. I had left it ridiculously late and couldn’t find what I wanted on the website, but a quick call to Jono saved the day. He literally searched the whole warehouse for me, found what I needed and sent it out and delivered by the very next night, just in time for the party. I cannot thank them enough for that extra effort and diligence. Their range is massive, their pricing is super competitive, and with customer service like that, I can’t fathom ever shopping anywhere else now for toys or educational tools. I’ve told all the mums I know about Crayons, and look forward to a long and friendly association with them. Supporting small business is so important in this climate, and Crayons make it very easy to do so happily. Thanks again!

I ordered a birthday present for my daughter on Monday night and paid for the same day delivery between 6-9pm. We didn't receive it so I called the courier who told me that I wouldn't get it until Thursday or Friday. I contacted Sheyne after 9pm at Crayons as my daughters birthday was on Wednesday (and Tuesday was the public holiday) and Sheyne got back to me that night. Sheyne then organised for a replacement present to be driven to me the following morning (on a public holiday!) so that I would have a gift to give my daughter on her birthday. This kind of customer service is exceptional! I was so impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of Sheyne and would order from them again. Thank you so much!

I had to leave a review to say I am blown away by the customer service provided by the Crayons team. An item I ordered was delayed in reaching them (by no fault of their own). I was sent a similar item by express post so that I had a gift in time for a party. When they received my original item, it was also sent to me via express post. The staff are friendly, kept me constantly updated and went above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Thank you so much Crayons. Will definitely be ordering again. :)
