Firstly all the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. we did have such a great time here. The food was great and tasty. They deserve more than 5 stars as they work so hard and give us delicious food. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back again! Thanks a lot for the delicious food and making our visit enjoyable!

Foods was not too bad. The seat was so close between two tables. I mean very close.we’re feeling squeezed. Not a comfort place to have dinner for us

Celebrated my 45th birthday yesterday (20/03/2021) A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please my 26 guests. Thank you so very much for the staff that worked very hard to help. The service always with a smile and very patient with us. Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate ! Thank you Okami Cranbourne definitely will be back.

Having an all you can eat Japanese restaurant is one thing but having one In My Area is THE thing that hyped me up the most. Okami is great! They've created a reasonably sized menu, which is smart and a majority of the menu has items that you can't go wrong with. The fam and I ate most of the menu and no regrets. The thing that annoyed me was having to wait so long to be greeted and seated, granted it was busy but there were waitresses that walked past us, not even a "won't be too long" type of thing. Maybe a sign should be placed at the entrance because there was a group that came before us and I wasn't sure if they were waiting too or if they were just standing there. Other than that, the price is fairly cheap compared to other all you can eats so, I'd be keen to come back.

Not bad for an all you can eat for 38pp. Good variety and staff are attentive. Atmosphere was energized and was quite busy. Food came out fresh and hot, there nagiri plate the rice was falling apart but still good and tasty.

First time going here I didn't have any expectations, for a local place it was quite busy given the fact it's reasonably priced for an all you can eat which to me, the food was average and had some stuff come out cold, we were also only given 1 menu between four of us, originally had two menus but said we can only have 1. Fried rice wasn't fried rice as I know it to be as a mad Asian food lover, it was basically just a bowl of rice with some garlic and tiny carrots in it. Definitely disappointed and probably won't go back.

Pretty great!!! Main meals always awesome!! However... Gyoza are clearly freezer burned and dry with little filling.. they used to be fresh, plump and delicious! And my main reason for 3 stars and not 4..? Who the heck.. on a warm day anyway.. puts cooked tuna sushi at the bottom of a takeaway bag full of screaming hot and delicious chicken, beef and rice dishes!!!??? I hate wasting food but I don't want to be sick.. Sorry guys.. simple food hygiene....
