During an emergency where our home alarm was unresponsive while armed while we were inside, we were unable to open a door or window without it being triggered and the siren sounding. I called a so called 'Alarm Specialist' who was less than helpful so I decided to call an electrician to disconnect it out of hours. After a Google search I found Emre at Elect Select Electrical. I called out of hours on a Saturday evening and explained my situation, Emre took the time on the spot to listen and help me troubleshoot my problem remotely and was able to not just assist but walk me through how to solve the emergency. If it was not for him we would have been trapped in our own home until a technician was able to attend. I can not thank Emre enough for his time and can only hope this review goes some way towards thanking him again for his professionalism and care. Will certainly be seeking his services when any electrical needs may arise in the future.
