One of their newspaper delivery driver's drives his car on the footpath and nature strip which we and Casey council have repaired multiple times, the newsagent has been informed of this multiple times and NOTHING'S happened

I went 3 times to pick up my parcel and they did not have it. They made me spend 15 mins looking through the list to find my parcel, told me they couldn't do anything about it and that my parcel will be sent back. I received an email from eBay 3 times to pick up my parcel and I was faced with rude customer service, being told they "know what they're doing" when they clearly don't.

Tried to call the Newsagency. Left a message on the answering machine. A gentleman called back to say that there has been a muck up with his phone and the Cranbourne Newsagency phone and the only way to contact them is to go there in person. I imagine this has been going on for a while as other reviews talk about not having calls returned. No wonder. It's actually not the Newsagency phone number. I feel for that poor guy fielding there calls.

I’ve been going there for years to put my Tattslotto on, they’ve always provided me with great, efficient and friendly service. And if ever I needed something put aside for me, a quick phone call is all it’s taken and I’ve picked up the item a few days later. Definitely my go-to newsagency.

Delivery of Daily paper (for many years now) has been very unreliable to say the least. As previous reviews state they never return phone calls or messages which is extremely poor business conduct. I will be contacting the HERALD SUN directly from now on..

4 phone calls to report undelivered paper on Sunday and still haven't spoken to anyone. Another 2 calls today. Always a message " We have no attendant available now, please call back later." Will call Herald-Sun direct if I don't get through next call.
