Lot of variety of flower bouquet stock. I approached the shop just before closing time and staff was very nice. They also have 10 1rose which is beautifully packed to make your partner happy for random surprises.
Great place to get a bouquet of flowers or any type of arrangement they do a great job here. Conveniently located with ample parking opportunities for small and extra large vehicles.
I did email this on the Wednesday and didn’t hear back... Good evening I thought I would email to express my disappointment.. I came in on Friday the 17/03 and I brought the roses a 30 roses in white and I’m really disappointed by Tuesday less then a week they started to turn brown and are almost completely dead. I was so excited to support a local business as I love to buy flowers for my house and loved ones.. I can attached a photo if you would like Thank You Kind Regards...
Pretty native arrangement but did not last at all. Very dissapointed. It was like there were not freshly made. Supermarket flowers lasted longer.
If I could give this florist zero stars I would. The complete lack of service is awful. I called from Canada to order flowers for my mum for a Saturday delivery. The guy on the phone assured me it would be fine and be delivered as per my request. I sent an email early Saturday afternoon to simply follow up and ensure the order was being taken care of. I only did this as I felt quite rushed when I placed the initial order as the guy I spoke with didn’t take all of the contact information for my mum and came across rushed and short with me. I have sent a couple of emails, phoned several times and even had my friend in Melbourne call the shop yesterday at 3pm to check on things - she was actually told that the flowers where on route and would be promptly delivered. It’s now mid morning Sunday and still no delivery. Had I received any sort of communication on what was happening, I would have been satisfied. I genuinely don’t like to post negative reviews, but as I’m in a different country and can’t do much, and as it seems the flowers don’t seem to be showing up, I’m very upset. Hopefully someone working contacts me and rectifies this situation as soon as possible.
