Staff girl not polite. I went for shopping and looking around ,she didn’t ask even once for help and treated rude when billing.

3 stars for good clothing. But 0 stars for customer service for phone calls. Out of all my working days i had the only time to make a run for an order i placed online to pickup from store and wanted to see if i could come for collection in a cab. I called 3 times and on the 4th my call was answered just to hear that shes busy and can’t talk! Like what the heck! Why cant more then 2 staffs be in the store? How does connor expect 1 staff to take phone calls, serve all customers or even take a bathroom break if need be?????? This is ridiculous. The customer service i great instore no doubt but more staffs should be appointed so that all pressure isnt on 1 staff and so that all customers a satisfied regardless instore or online! You can do better regarding the staff connor.

I cannot thank Jen enough for going out of her way as much as she possibly could to ensure that I purchased the correct and perfect items for my husband!
