As a frequent Coles customer, this is a good shopping place, also enjoyed noodles from the Tao Chinese and Japanese cuisine, which is a few steps away but not listed on Google Maps unfortunately
Very nice shop and items are arranged in a good manner. My personal view about fresh flat bread available here is not good when compared to the flat bread at Eden rise coles. Overall it's a good shop.
I have been doing my shopping here for over a year now and always have such a wonderful experience. The store always seems to have plenty of stock on shelves, and great employees who show great customer service skills. I always try and get served by a young girl by the name Olivia. She is always happy and smiling and up for a chat, and is always willing to help if i need. Definitely going to continue shopping here!
Liked the fact it was a very well organised supermarket, everything was easy to find
While stocking a generous selection of groceries, Coles Cranbourne suffers from extremely rude and unpleasant staff that ruin the shopping experience for newcomers and regulars alike. With competitors just around the corner, Coles Cranbourne is my last resort if time and allows an alternative.
I've always had such a pleasant experience at Coles, I now go Shopping every Monday night! the staff on are just so welcoming, always trolleys in the bay, I never have to wait for a register the girls working are always so happy and lovely to chat too, its always the same two girls they are a laugh i believe there names are Jasmine and Ash amazing customer service
