Came in today for a car stereo for a old Nissan patrol. Brayden listened and asked questions. I learnt a lot about the various units and walked out with a unit that will do what I need without features I will not use. Thanks for the help.

Very helpful staff, and most of them know what a lot so it's easier for customers. Parking is fine too. You might not find parking right in front of the shop but there is plenty of parking around the area.

From NSW we found ourselves in Melbourne in May 2020 after an unexpected return from overseas due to Covid 19. Purchased a Sprinter Motorhome to continue our travels around Australia which saw us visit this store multiple times for stuff for our Motorhome and/or advice. The staff here are phenomenal in their attitudes to service and we can say having travelled around Australia that they are an outstanding example of excellence. From the guy in the workshop who interrupted his lunch to check our battery in our Sprinter to the guys inside who were always around to offer helpful advice and share their knowledge and wisdom with us cheerfully and with a smile. Apologies for the late review but we have never forgotten your kindness and service to us. Thanks to all the amazing crew at Autobarn Cranbourne from The Brown Nomads!
