Came here for laser and saw Felicia. I have been having laser for a while and she is definitely one of the most experienced therapists I’ve seen. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. Will definitely be back!

Worst customer service. They made me wait for 40 minutes for my appointment. And the girl at the reception was busy buying roasted chicken at coles while she gave me the form to fill up which barely took me 5 mins. The other girl who was supposed to attend me for the appointment was busying putting other sales. She attended me when I specifically asked her how much more time will it take. Also she didn't know that I was there for a patch test. She was just treating me as if they didn’t want any more customers. In short she gave me less information than what I got a day before when I booked my appointment. So in short, wastage of time, poor customer service and internal system. Never going there again.

The beautiful Sandy at MySkin Laser Clinic in Craigieburn has made my experience extremely comfortable and welcoming. She was very thorough with the process and the after care after receiving my first laser session. The store is well set out and very neat and tidy. All the staff are wonderful and very inviting. Prices are unbeatable and the sales are always a bonus! I will be highly recommending all my family and friends.
