I would like to thank Diane for her amazing customer service, I am only giving 5 stars because of her. She is such a charismatic, genuine and competent person. I cannot stress enough how fantastic her customer service skills are 10/10. I was planning to relocate for my laser session elsewhere but because of Diane I will be repurchasing more sessions in the future.

Totally agreed with the below comment. Diane sets the tone for this clinic, in a positive way. My every interaction with her has been positive. Every time I call the clinic I get conflicting information about how many pre-paid sessions I have left on my account. It's not nice to have to question this with little confidence every time I schedule an appointment. I called today to schedule and was told that my pre-paid session had "expired" (I had relocated to QLD for 6 months & unable to use it). Diane was able to reinstate my pre-paid session and talk through what had been paid and what sessions I had. Thank you Diane for your efforts and not just simply fobbing me off, which could have been the easier option for you. Diane has a genuine approach in all interactions with customers. Thank you.

I have done laser with Elise and dermal fillers and Botox with Ling. Shout out to both who are very professional and lovely . Ling took the time to listen to me because I was so worried with the bad experiences I had with Doctors . She is a nurse and does a better job . Hats out to her for listening and taking the time to provide quality service. Diane is also really lovely . Shes the reason I had the courage to do fillers . Was daunted otherwise . Elise also cared to ask how I went with my first laser treatment. Thank you lovely people and keep up the respectful service and treatment you provide . We will always come back .
