Excellent Service from Jenan and staff that assisted me in picking the right size clothes at a very good price. I'm a big bloke and always have been and have never had a customer service experience like this as many other stores just look the other way and don't help. I was relying on target clothes which did not last long at all and always had to pick larger sized tshirt as they were always too short. This place is amazing with their long line and tall range of Tshirts and the quality of their jeans and chinos is amazing. Definitely Recommend!

Sad to hear that my family received poor service when trying to exchange the same jacket for a smaller size. To try and charge a customer an additional 75.00 because it was sale item is not cool and then to give them attitude cause they challenged it also not cool.

Most amazing shopping experience I have had buying clothes As I am a bigger person To walk in and find clothes that fit straight off the rack and look good was just amazing And to find pants that sit on my waist properly and not have to be altered in the length was even more amazing. Staff absolutely awesome service from both t he ladies, sorry I cannot remember your names, but WOW geniune old school customer service that is just not found today. Will be my shop for all my clothing needs now!!! Great experience and service need more people like the 2 ladies Well done

We were wrapt to find Johnny Bigg open in Craigieburn. They have great, fashionable and stylish clothes for the bigger man. As for the staff there, they have been nothing but absolutely awesome everytime we've been in there. Congratulations guys, great job and no doubt we'll be back.

It was horrific to have a worker ignoring what I wanted and rolling his eyes every time I asked for something. My wife asked him for help and he disrespectfully told her he is on the phone to ask one of the other members. We then asked him in a polite manner who his manager was he responded with “I am what do you want”. My wife also over heard this little man tell the other worker “she was probably force to put it on her head”, in regards to my wife being a Muslim Hijabi. This was a disturbing and disgusting experience, Especially when half the people who shop at Johnny Bigg are from a Muslim background. I will not be shopping at Johnny Bigg and I will be taking this matter further.
