Honestly so happy we their service I handed my debutante dress in on Monday and needed it done by Wednesday and they had it done by Tuesday just in one day!! Did such an amazing job!! Definitely will be coming back and recommending to others!
One can only talk about his experience and that of people one knows. In my experience this shop is not even worthy to be called a laundry and should change their name into "maculate", which means stained, dirty. They might clean something, I'm sure, but even I can. When you bring some clothes to a laundry service you expect much more than you can do yourself, instead I have always got less. Stains usually stay, ironing is very bad, sometimes fabrics get some kind of variously coloured halo and a few times clothes had even a bad odour. I especially warn everybody not to risk with expensive clothes or anything that you particularly love. On top of everything the owner is often rude and very dismissive. A family friend also had similar experiences with a doona, which apparently came back as dirty as before... I decided I will try some other place.
Have been going to Immaculate for years. Professional and courteous staff, Perfect results every time. Cost effective and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
