Told check out lady that I picked up nail polish from 1 box, however receipt showed 6 on it. When I questioned her, she said they were put in the wrong box, where other box is hiding pricing at entrance. Not the 1st time this place did it. If you shop here DOUBLE CHECK the prices before leaving

As I get older, I find more and more young people, decide to call me, Luv, Sweetie, Dear, Deary, pet or similar such terms when addressing me, in shops and alike. And the older I get the worse it gets. These young people don't know me, I am not a friend, I am not part of their family. I am a customer and should not spoken to in this way. I know other older people who also dislike being addressed in this way. Today I got fed up and asked the lass, not to call me Luv as I was not her Luv. This was not the first time she had called me Luv. It is I think a part of the way she speaks, I then explained to her, even though I didn't think she was intending to be disrespectful, it isn't nice to be spoken to in that way. As I walked away she said, have a nice day "Sweetie" now that was disrespectful. Even though it will be an inconvenience to me, I will not enter this Chemist again. The girls there used to always be nice.
