Horrible customer service, delivery dates kept changing. Still haven't received anything. Has anyone else? Update: Been 9 months, no refund, had to file a fraud report with the police. Chasing him through a debt collector. Owed us 2500 for barrels not delivered, now with late fees over 3 months without repayment it’s over 3000. If you’ve been scammed by this place also, contact the police. We believed all the stories, but in the end it was all a scam. The more people who come forward, the faster it will help us all get our money back together.

My wife ordered a barrel for my 60 th in sept 2020 on O/N 1047. After numerous phone calls and emails we still have not heard anything. We contacted Consumer affairs and he responded to them and said that they will get it. This was on the 20th Jan. Still no replys. Nothing. I would def not buy from this bloke, And he has stolen my money. 305.00 If I dont hear anything from him shortly I will be taking legal action against him. If I lived closer I would be seeing him in person.
The worst customer service. I ordered a barrel on the 3rd of March with no indication that there would be any problem or delay. I have rang, emailed, sent messages on Instagram and sometimes I did get a response, earlier it was that there was a delay so I understood but later through last year it changed and said they were waiting on taps but should be sent soon to me. Now nothing since September. Paid 300 in March and I have asked for a refund multiple times. Complete theft and WILL be taking this further.
Despite the long time to receive the barrel and poor communication along the journey, the quality and appearance of the barrel is A1. Very well finished. Can't wait to get my first batch of Barrel aged Negroni. Product is top notch and just hope their customer service can lift to the quality of their craftsmanship.
How do I contact you??? Ive emailed, called, texted even visited in person!!!! What do I have to do to get a response?? I want a full refund of the 2 barrels I purchased over 12months ago so I can get what I need elsewhere!!! Your customer service is a joke!!! Please respond otherwise I will be contacting the ACCC
I've been waiting 6 months for my barrel, I will be talking to my solicitor to take this further, they dont answer the phone, or answer texts and emails, I'm not happy.. as far as I'm concerned this is theft and a scam I'm not happy
How do we get a refund?! I purchased a 20L barrel in July 2020 and have not heard back! We have called multiple times, emailed, text and even visited in person and NOTHING! I will be taking this further! THIS IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!
