Beautiful in any season, utter peace and tranquility. The rooms were private and the bed super comfortable. I also loved that there was no tv but a beautiful fireplace to read by when the rain came in.

This is the first place you will need to go before you are able to access Cradle Mountain. There is a massive carpark that can get very busy at certain times of the year and has all the information out the front and inside about Cradle Mountain and its history and what you could expect to see and do while you are there one the mountain. The staff are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have before you leave on your short walks or hikes that you can do on and around the mountain.

Omgggg So in love with this place.. We stayed at the Discovery Parks Cradle Mountain and did the Dove Lake walk.. You catch a shuttle bus into The trails.. Our four children did the whole walk around and were blessed to experience it snowing while doing the trail.. there were a load of stairs but plenty of spots to stop and catch your breath.. This Place is A MUST SEE... We will be definitely coming back to do the other walks next time.. Seeing the wombats up close was very special too..

This is a 5 from every single aspect. Start with parking - there us heaps for cars, bikes, vans, cars and etc etc. the toilets are modern fresh and. Mean and very very well maintained. The visitor Centre is very modern, clean and the staff are so incredibly helpful and engaging and passionate about giving you the best experience for you at cradle mountain. The cost is not cheap but contributing to maintaining the info Centre and all that goes with it makes it palatable. The bus service up to the mountain is every ten minutes with many stops along the way and all the bus drivers were competent and engaging. The mountain itself is absolutely spectacular- something truly special and I highly recommend you get there to see it.

This is the first time I have visited the centre. It is very modern spacious building. It contains all the information you need about the Cradle Mountain area. It has a separate visitor centre in St Claire. The shop inside provides very high quality with reasonable prices basic hiking accessories. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The 7 pillars of world heritage is amazing.

The starting point for all Cradle mountain hikes. Pay for the visitor ticket here and the shuttle bus will take you to the designated stops where you can commence your hikes. The staff here are quite friendly and helpful for suggested hiking routes. Be sure to bring additional clothes as it is very cold up here, especially during the colder months.

Experience was good but grulling to my partner. Wish we took the time to be prepared to take advantage of the whole experience, but you have to be pretty fit for the best views! Even the small routes have their good points so don't feel left out. Duration: it's probably gonna take more than 4 hours so get your snacks on. Price: 25 for singles - 60 family (Sings) "Be prepared"

Excellent service! Holly was super helpful and efficient, she helped my partner and I reorganise our hiking plans because of a surprise incoming weather change which still allowed us to see some amazing sights as well as stay safe.
