Like many people in COVID times, I was caught out in late 2020 and had to cancel my booking at late notice. Chris was fantastic and very happy to hold over the credit for me. Re-booking in once I had a date was as easy as a phone call - again with really short notice, Chris was completely obliging. Having spent three days camping in Kosciusko, I was looking forward to a hot shower and warm bed. And I wasn't disappointed. In fact - the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Absolutely heaven! Thanks Chris and the team. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning! The field house 3 was perfect for our family of 5.. We were lucky enough to wake up to everything covered in snow as it snowed all night.. Took out the toboggans to play in the morning.. Warm and comfortable well appointed and beautifully decorated we were made to feel at home. The owner's were so kind that they bought us some marshmallows and biscuits for the kids to make smores over the fire pit.. Thank you Pender Lea it was truly an amazing experience!! We Definitely recommended Pender Lea and we look forward to booking again.
Awesome stay in summer in the park cabins. Everything you need, great location and beautiful setting. Would recommend
We stayed because it was the cheapest place we could get. My daughter who was 19 months wore a onesie inside on the carpet and the feet changed colour because of how dirty the carpets were. A family of 5 can be accomodated with regards to beds but the biggest pot in there can only hold enough pasta for 3. We always stay in budget accomodation. We have stayed in a roadhouse in the middle of Australia for less money, was nicer and gave complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. I think just about everywhere does this but not Pender Lea. Our internal sliding door was broken. Our taps froze overnight despite us following all the instructions which are supposed to prevent this. I’m really unsure whether we would stay again.
Wow another fantastic stay at Penderlea Chris and her staff are awesome very friendly and helpful. So close to the snow if its not snowing at the park cabins. Can hardly wait to come back again. Best stay on the mountain and the furbabies love it too with the heated dog kennels Thank you for an awesome time.
Stayed at Pender Lea Cottage July 10-16, 2020, with family of 6 adults & 3 grandchildren. Had a wonderful time. Cottage very comfortable with everything needed. Great heating & open fire with plenty of wood. Had a massive dump of snow which was beautiful and so much fun for the children. Cut families skiing by couple of days as road closed & weather Unfortunately power cut for a couple of days but were really looked after with generator and candles and managed well. Grandchildren had a no device couple of days so family had to communicate! Chris with whom I booked with, was great to communicate with at any time and nothing too much trouble. Memorable holiday.
We had a wonderful stay at Pender Lea. The cabin was clean, comfortable and well equiped. We loved lighting the fireplace every night. It was so cosy and a real break from city life.
We visited Pender Lea and stayed at The Cottage in May, 2020. Being a large family, we appreciated the space that The Cottage offers, the comfortable beds and additional blankets, a very well stocked kitchen (especially the coffee machine) and the constant supply of chopped firewood for the open fireplace. Our correspondence with the management was excellent, all of my queries and requests were answered in a prompt fashion. I would recommend Pender Lea to anyone who is searching for a home-away-from-home feel and a beautiful, spacious property to explore.
