The easiest and most efficient procedure I’ve ever experienced! From the first moment, I walked into the room I felt comfortable and knew that Nurse Morgan and Dr J were going to take of me. There was soothing music playing, mood lighting and happy banter to help relieve any tension. They were both gentle yet firm handling my beanbags, the needles were okay and the anaesthetic quick as I hardly felt any pain or discomfort during the event. Dr J and Nurse Morgan are brilliant. They are the best combo in Canberra to perform this procedure and I trust them completely. It’s a pity I only have to do this once.

Thanks again Dr John Deery and Morgan. Great process end to end, I really liked the format of the initial consult. Answered all my questions, plenty of information provided online and in the session. On the day the setup was slick, I was in and out before I knew it. The facilities are top notch, well tuned machine. Dr John, thanks for the banter. I appreciated the supportive environment you've created for such a huge step in people's lives. I have already recommended you to a couple of my friends.
John is excellent! 5 start service. Explained everything thoroughly, answered all questions and very easy going. Checked in during the procedure to ensure I was doing fine. Highly recommended and thanks to Morgan as well, great team!
Dr John has impeccable bedside manner and his staff were friendly and very professional. He is confident and diligent with his craft and the procedure was complete in no time. Obviously it's a once in a live time procedure but I'd have no problems going back or suggesting it to others.

I think I was more nervous than I was prepared to admit to myself by the time I arrived for the procedure, but Dr John Deery and nurse Morgan couldn't have been more professional. I was genuinely surprised when John said that it was all done; barely 15 minutes had passed and the procedure was painless. John and Morgan have a lovely bedside manner and are clearly highly experienced. The discomfort after the anaesthetic wore off was negligible, which is a testament to their skill and care - thank you. Highly recommended.

Dr John Deary is a master of his craft. I highly recommend him and the team at Crace. 14 minutes after entering the room and I'm at reception paying up. Fast, efficient and an absolute legend.
