Great friendly staff good service
Great Friendly Service. We had a problem with our retic controller to our veggie beds and olive trees not working. Neil was great and tried to help me over the phone to solve the issue and then came out at short notice on New Year's eve to fix it and wouldn't accept any payment. Staff at Cowaramup Agencies are always friendly and proffessional to deal with.
We had a faulty water pump just out of warranty. Brad was able to attend the property an determine the problem promptly and replace the faulty part. He happily explained the workings of the pump and about the fault. Melanie then approached Davey pumps on our behalf , as the fault had existed while under warranty and as act of goodwill Davey covered the part cost and we only had to pay labour. Thanks Brad and Melanie for putting in the extra effort. We are happy customers.
