Do not expect any help when things go wrong. Gas meter was malfunctioning with excessive costs, and very slow to assist. Outside of NSW seems they are . When transferring to other providers harassing customer to continue which is annoying.

Spoke to James today with a request for some better deal, being on time payment agreement, James organised better rates for me for both the services. always in the process of dealing the problem. tried to buy shopping egift card through rewards system, ended up spend way more time on dealing with the problem of not getting my 1k money back. very bad experience

Exceptionally hard to deal with, anything outside of collecting money they don't want to know about it. Will have to change electricity company's just to get a smart meter for solar
