Great hand sliced fresh.cold meats and only the beasr fruits and vegetables make the cut to go on the shelves to buy. If fresh and friendly old school services and produce is what your after.... Then the country Grocer is you kind of place. On a side note they also have a great table service coffee shop with variety of good Italian coffees and hand made Italian cakes and pastries. I found a way to escape the busy afternoon that hits my house everyday at 3pm by often stopping at the coffee shop on my way to do the weekly shopping so as to rest awhile and enjoy a coffee while I finish up my grocery list in a calm and quiet environment. Some time to be an adult and recharge myself, self soothing so I can be the mum my family needs the rest of the week. Thanks to the country Grocer Unanderra

What a wonderful fruit shop and coffee shop / lunch shop!! You can order gluten-free versions of everything they display; you can get sandwiches, hamburgers, you can get cakes you can get coffee, soft drink. . the food is lovely and you should see the hamburgers they make!! Good luck even trying to get your mouth around them!!! They are HUGE!!!! And the fruit shop is excellent - there is everything you want plus more and all fresh and lovely. The cafe is called something else which I don't recall but you can sit out the back and have a look up to the Escarpment (if you overlook the cars and Woolies!!!) Don't let that discourage you - it's more than well worth a visit!!!

Apart from using the smallest eggs I’ve ever seen (Quail eggs?) They have the hide to charge 17 for bacon and eggs. They also don’t use biodegradable coffee cups despite their cutlery being from BioPak, the company that developed the biodegradable cup and lid for takeaway.

Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Deli and Fruit Shop next to the Cafè - roughly 250 metres from Woolworths. Great place to start or end on the Saturday morning shop.

Almond milk ice latte was very nice, Chocolate Brownie soft and warm, and the wife said the Sticky Date Cake was "sooo gooood".
