Tracy and Carl are super. I first heard about them because I wanted to buy a Green Mountain Grill... They turned out to the the closest retailer. Truthfully I wasn't expecting much from a home brew shop that sells specialist BBQ's/smokers .... But was I wrong! From the first interaction, it's clear that they really value their customers. Tracy took the time to talk about the products. Carl delivered it. He even helped set it up and even took away the packaging! Talk about great customer service. Recently, they were out of stock of BBQ pellets. The supplier couldn't tell them when they'd be back in stock, so Tracy organised to buy some from another retailer (because I hate driving anywhere outside of the Hawkesbury ) ... This is next-level customer service. Highly recommended. A great local business. #supportlocal #hawkesbury
