What a delight Costume Wonderland is! From the moment you walk in you're instantly greeted by the up-beat girls. Each assisted me in my costume request, pulling out accessories or costume ideas catering for my theme. Hands down of the best retail experiences I've had. Big shout out to the girls out Costume Wonderland!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars for the mere fact that they had a range of costumes (especially the ones we were looking for) and then assisted us with all the accessories. We actually travelled from the other side of town and they were very helpful, costumes were immaculate and we really did feel like superstars celebrating our birthdays! I love Dolly so it was extra special dressing up as her :) Thank you or all your help and service.
Great customer service! I called costume wonderland as I was in need of a red velvet cloak for a TV show. I didn’t have time to visit the store in person but Yvette who took my call was lovely and incredibly accommodating. She took photos of the available options. Luckily one of them was perfect so she organised payment & postage for the hire of the cloak over the phone. She even included a return postage envelope for me to return the cloak in. Thank you for a great customer experience and a quality cloak!
This is the best option I found online and now I know why. I hire 2 costumes Belle and Beast. It was for a surprise party for my Gf, she couldn’t come to try on for obvious reasons so just by showing photos of her to the staff they managed to fit the costume in her perfect size! The quality of the costumes is amazing and we looked fabulous on them. The staff at the store and over the phone did an amazing job and treated me above expectations. There is a massive car park next to it for customers and it’s not too far from the city. 100% recommended. I’ll be back here to hire my costumes or buy my next one.
Fantastic help and support from Sophie, a great range, which helped with our Biblical theme which made for an epic 21st we attended. Couldn’t recommend the team more!
This was the first time I rented from a costume shop and I was super impressed. Everything was so CLEAN and tidy! They have a variety of everything and the store is massive! The staff members are so friendly, welcoming and super helpful, they know how to help you find something perfect for your night out. I rented an ABBA costume and they hand made it which is also amazing and I got so many compliments from everyone. I highly recommend everyone to check this shop out, you will not be disappointed! I cant wait for my next costume party :)

Costume Wonderland is great!! There's a HUGE range of costumes, lots of variety. The store is huge in itself so you won't feel cramped looking around. A lot of the costumes are also handmade by the staff themselves! So the quality is through the roof with lots of careful consideration. However truly the best part about the Costumes Wonderland experience are the staff. The two ladies running the place couldn't have been more delightful, helpful and really supportive to work with. I wanted to hire some costumes for a video shoot coming up and they were so helpful!! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!
