I have all my piercings done at the garden City store and couldn't be more impressed with the staff. I had a piercing done on Friday 10/09/20 by Tameka and she was amazing!! Courteous, friendly and it didn't even hurt compared to some of my other piercings. Very highly recommend cosmetics plus at garden City!

Rude staff member. We were on time for appointment but they accused us of being late. Stood there for a full five minutes before being acknowledged. Not the first time this has happened. Piercer is awesome. Front of house needs customer service skills!!!

Staff at the checkout extremely rude n full of attitude...certainly don't belong in the retail industry. Looks like the management is just as bad. Not a wonder why 3.3 stars...dont even deserve that. Never going back!!!

Went there to get my daith piercing jewel put back on in October. That was fine, I paid the change over fee and the piercer fixed it up for me. Or so I thought.. The same jewel I paid the lady to tighten up came loose again and is now lost somewhere. So I went back today, December 1st (yes, to the same store). I explained to them what happened expecting an apology and/or discount to resolve the issue since I paid for my jewellery to get tightened and a piece is now lost. No apology, and was made to buy a new daith bar since they don’t stock jewellery with internal threading like the earring I had, and was made to pay the change over fee.. AGAIN. Don’t think I’ll be returning to Cosmetics Plus in the future for anything piercing related. Really disappointed I got stung for something that isn’t my fault.
