My daughter suffers from sensory issues and wanted her ears pierced. Not only did the staff work hard to accommodate, they showed patience beyond what anyone would normally show. Almost an entire hour helping my daughter feel comfortable getting something she wanted so badly. Thank you for your time and patience. I certainly didn't expect it. You've made my day!

I am so very mad with this company I have had three piercings at cosmetics plus and every single one has been absolutely horrible!. I am actually now sitting in a doctor centre waiting to get my sunken lip bar removed by a surgical nurse because cosmetics plus do not know what they are doing, I had my lip pierced about 2 weeks ago then went in and asked if it was okay to change the bar to a shorter bar,they changed it with no hesitation and no questions asked, I woke up 3 days later with a swollen lip and sunken lip bar with my skin growing over it, I was not told that this would happen or no information was said to me, I rang them today and explained the situation,all she said was "your not suppose to change it until 4-8 weeks after the piercing has been done...well I was not told this information in store at all!.so the piercers in the store are not doing there job legally and propely!. Plus the medication that I am on to help the swelling has actually caused me stop breastfeeding my baby so I am not happy with this company at all and something will happen about it!.
