Reasonably friendly staff. I got a septum piercing a few months ago and had been assuming the crookedness and low placement was due to swelling. It's fully-healed and remains lopsided and much too low.

I had my conch done here. The piercer was fantastic in explaining to me the process, and that there would be more blood because of the jewellery I chose. The range of jewellery is always pretty good, with stainless steel, titanium and bioplast available to be pierced with. The staff are quite helpful in general. I have been several times about my forward helix and pressure bumps, and each time, staff have checked it for me and given me advice moving forward. They even did a jewellery change for me, as I was having a reaction to the initial stainless steel jewellery put in. They advised on the best titanium jewellery to put in it, and have given me further advice as the jewellery becomes too irritation for the piercing (the bar is now too big and moves too much, so now that causes irritation bumps). Honestly, they have been fantastic, and perform better than other Cosmetics Plus piercing studios I have attended. So much so, I went from saying I would never go to Cosmetics Plus again, to visiting them for advice and new piercings!

My 2 year old baby had ear piercing done here. The earnings fall off less than two days time due its manufacturing issues. I went there to sort it out. Without asking what was issues, a lady asked me to get inside for re- redo piercing the baby. I stopped her and asked how you can avoid these issues in the future and what we get out off it.. she told me that you can have the re do piercing else you can get out off the shop. Her name was Georgie... she was very rude and her behaviour was totally unacceptable at all.. another lady called Aleisha and her manager came over and after we agreed to re do piercing and refund the money for faulty earnings. This lady was even hesitate for an apology for her rude behaviour. From a customer point of view.. these kind of behaviour is not all acceptable and her behaviour was actually causing bad reputation for the business. My recommendation is Find a better place for your piercing ...

Zoe at the riverlink store, done my trugus piercing today, I've had a horrible experience from other piercing places in the past, I told her I was a little worried and explained to her what I went through with others. She explained that sh e's gentle and fast, she definitely was exactly that, I only felt a pinch while she was working her magic I highly recommend her if you want a piercer that understands and cares for your concerns

Tried to do a straight stop of item and staff were unwilling to help or assist because they were re-merching store. Understand this request may be something out of the usual but person was obviously too stupid to know how to assist customers with a extremely simple action.

Got my nostril and septum pierced here. The experience was good, the lady was very educational and told me everything i need to know about the healing process and all that. They both also healed nicely, my septum healed in 5ish months. And my nostril healed in one year , I had a few nose bumps but they went away almost immediately.
