Great place to buy fragrance and cosmetics, some at good price but some at par with the market. They have a great range making easier for the customers to buy at one place. Friendly staff and great service. Keep looking for seasons deal and spicial occasions sales and you can get a good deal. Located within DFO Homebush which has many big brands. Big parking available which is still not enough on weekends. Free for first two hours. Disabled parking available and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. Public toilets available
Have purchased several perfumes as gifts from this store. Louise has helped me every time and is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations.
Disgusting customer service. In the store for about 5mins wanting to buy a Christmas present, 3 of the workers just standing behind the counter the whole time chatting. Then when you look over they'd just be starring at you. This has happened numerous times, definitely would NOT recommend this store because the customer service is beyond appalling. Shop should get shut down or new staff should be hired, if you don't want to do your job properly don't work at all, simple as that.
Oh how much I loved the fragrance . Different companies and good customer service with great deals! Along with that, there were other Cosmetic products like lipstick and eyeliners which were good I guess. However, they did not have the lipstick which was available online and since it was not clear on the website, I was disappointed.
Good range of perfumes at relatively higher price. The customer service need to be improved. Went there once, never again.
Nice store, beautiful variety of perfumes, very good prices , the best place to shop for perfumes in gift sets I am giving it 3 stars because the customer service .....the fat woman over there ,,not sure if she's a manager or a senior sales woman there is extremely vulgar and rude I bet the store lost alot of its customers just because of her manners Bare in mind this the only store left in NSW and alot of us have to travel from far away places just to shop there, so a little appreciation to the customers would be great
