I had my lash extensions done here a while ago and I have never seen a worse job. The girl clearly had no idea what she was doing as she had my lashes clumped with tonnes of glue, I left with my eyes burning and literally crying for at least an hour, they felt horribly uncomfortable, my friend got hers done with me with the same experience, one of her lashes was actually glued incorrectly causing it to constantly stick into her eye. She had applied lashes which were FAR too long and heavy for my natural lashes causing me to seriously need infills 2 days after having them applied. But the best part was they had ENTIRELY ruined my natural lashes due to such lack of knowledge and experience, leaving qualified and knowledgeable lash techs hardly ANYTHING to work with. I had to wear strip lashes for months after and still today can not have the length and volume of lashes since this time. Staff seem nice enough but that is all. I never leave reviews and especially never left a negative one. That’s how bad this is. You can’t take peoples money for a service you clearly can not offer and ruin their lashes too.

Been going here for years and I Could not be happier with this salon and it's staff I always have a laugh there they brighten my day . The best customer service. Great quality hair. If any issues or questions they address it straight away, they are also happy to do it they way u want it where other salons wouldn't .. I'm very picky but I been going there for years ( so that's saying something) love the salon love the staff they go above and beyond for their customers and won't let u leave unless your happy .. 10 stars not 5 stars

I really couldn't recommend Sassy me enough. This is the second time I've visited, had a colour and cut on my extensions and my hair looks amazing I'm so happy with it! The staff are really lovely and I feel welcomed. Will be back again for sure!
