I purchased blue gum from Blackwood Landscape and was guaranteed the wood was seasoned before I bought it, it was not. Can you please let your purchasers know when they purchase the wood, if it is seasoned or not. I would not have bought the wood if you were upfront and honest.
Thank you Ken & Glen for advise on phone, prompt delivery, on time & well placed. The only thing lacking is I had to spread the bark chips myself. What a great team - highly recommend. Ordered then delivered within 60 minutes as promised!!!! Amazing old fashioned customer service.
Only use for firewood as a last resort. You have double handle all wood in to weigh scales and then into car after paying. So you also have to wait in line for a long time. The yard is a muddy mess so don’t wear anything, but rubber boots or work boots. They’re very quick to talk up their wood, but the quality is not great, really needs more time to age, but they won’t say that. It is also hardly kept out of rain so it’s damp.

Same issue as Simon. Double handing of wood isn’t ideal. Never known a wood selling business not to have a car scale.
Never shop there. Took our money for product delivered one 4 TON load on the Sunday, then come Monday 15 mins before delivery said they didn't have enough product in yard. I was the last load on the Sunday and first on the Monday . Absolutely appalling service
Do you have a weighbridge for vehicles yet? I found it was double handling, putting wood on a weigh station, then having to offload it into your car/trailer. I found the wood I bought could not be burnt during that winter and had to be stored until next Winter. Would like to hear from others if they had this same problem. Firewood should be undercover in a shed, not just a tarp thrown over. I couldn't burn the wood during winter as it was wet.
