I own a block in cornerstone estate. People who live here are nice but lately there has been so much people stealing stuff eg. fences, hot water unit, etc and i reported to cornerstone estate and they don't care. I also sent them photos of guy stealing fences and did nothing, didn't even contact the owners of the blocks that had there fences stolen. Cars driving around with no number plates with alot of people in them, driving around all the houses getting built. Alot of rubbish getting dumped around cornerstone!!!!! Cornerstone needs to do something or i would not buy land here if i was you..... ALSO They have security guard that just sits in his car playing with his phone they could have him driving around doing his job.
