Seen very close to my appointment time, did not have to wait long at all. Friendly reception staff who greeted me as soon as I entered. The doctor I saw was courteous and professional, and he made sure he had covered all aspects of my care before I left. Very convenient pharmacy located in the building to fill scripts.

Old white male GP brings his ego with him to work. Ignored my greeting and asked what I wanted. As I tried to explain, he interrupted me to bluntly ask where my mask was, not if I knew I needed one, or if I had one or perhaps had a medical exemption. This is a man who went to medical school and knows these masks are not necessary for the context we were in. Furthermore, when I said I will be going to a different GP he went out of his way to tell me what he thought of it, and that I was refusing his medical advice (while none of it was medical and all of it was personal, despite not knowing a single thing about me). Very disappointing these types of people exist.

The doctor was rude and not helpful at all telling me lies and trying to encourage me to give up getting the test but I know udrug screening do detect ketamine I personally have done 12 Urine home tests and if a home test can detect it I think a laboratory test will. I think he just did not like me but next month I will see him again with the facts printed out and show him mybe he was having a bad day

Dr Cheri was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Her advice on my skin check and skin damage treatment was enlightening and comforting. I can recommend her to anyone having concerns about sun damage and skin cancer checks.

Worst experience at a Medical centre ever.... Was asked by ED (Emergency Department) to take their letter to a Doc to see about getting some oral sedation for an MRI they requested ( I am claustrophobic)....I have just moved to Corio from QLD and was recommended to this clinic by my mother. .Dr X was so rude, no introduction or hello, even though I said it was my first time. I handed him the papers from ED and explained what had happed and why I was here....with a nasty stare and a nastier voice, he announced I don't give sedation for MRI, after another minute of trying to explain the factors that had contributed to my condition, he repeated his previous statement. He then stated he was going to get the ED letter copied and abruptly left the room. When he came back, he stood over me, handed my back the letter, and silently remained standing over me until I got up and left... Normally I would have demanded an explanation, but today I left that room in tears, dumbfounded, and at a loss to explain why I was treated this way. Not once did he ask how I was, or if the symptoms where still occuring ( they are).... The whole experience has left me shaken, and although my mother insists she has always been treated with dignity and respect, I will not be returning to this Clinic...... Utterly Disgusted.....
