Not enough option’s then they hung up on me. Doesn’t Centrelink ever improve!!!
These people give you headache. extremely rude, inpatient and unprofessional. They do not listen to customers at all and advise them what they like. On the top they make so many mistakes and only nice to white people only. I suggest never go to them . They sent us home with the wrong information and without even listening what we are after. God knows who hired them. That staff needs to be replaced. Good luck whoever is visiting
My husband went to get information, Re our grand daughter in filling out a Job seeker application, he was told go home and discuss it with her,we filled it out as told to.The next day after going back we where told her parents who live in qld had to do it she is 19 and lives with us while studying,the front desk need more training to get it right.and can have an attitude problem.
The staff have always been professional and caring and it's always clean and tidy. The only downside is that the waiting times can be a long time but nothing you can do about that
