Went there with passport application for my new born baby. They said the form is not acceptable as it is not according to the standard, and then i went to north geelong post office with the same application. They accepted the application without pointing any fault. Seems like he was trying to save his time, he should be ashmed of himself.

There’s no option for 0 star . They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very Lazy customer service and total waist of time. Very Disappointed.

Post office collection slip says they're open 09:00 to 12:30 on a Saturday...obviously not Unsure how I can pick up a parcel working Monday to Friday Utterly ridiculous

Just recently I my passport was rejected by Jetstar as it has less than 6 months of validity on it. I obtained some photos from a chemist in Melbourne (recommended by the passport office) and was informed that they would be rejected by this post office. The lady assiting me was incredibly helpful, telling me exactly what was required to submit the application successfully (very reassuring given the stressful situation and confusing information given even by the passport office). She even took extra time and care to ensure the passport photos were correctly done and cut to comply with regulation. Overall I could not recommend enough!

Staff cant take photo for 2 month baby, quite unusual. Need to travel long to get it. Need a better facility in the post office.

overcharged me on a letter they charged as a parcel a month later undercharged me on a parcel they charged as a letter. confused!
