Not a bad place to spend a night or a week. Grass, power n water and a half an hour walk to Cootamundras main street for coffee or shopping.

Showers and toilets power& water for 20.00 a night or 10.00 no power

Caretaker wasn't paid for any work. Got free rent of a shed. Was freezing in winter and boiling in summer. No running water inside. Had to walk in weather for toilet and shower. Poor conditions for someone to live.
