Not having access to any decent letterboxes in regional Qld, we turned to Letterboxes Direct who had exactly what we wanted. They even went out of their way to have it ready for pickup within a very short time. Their friendly, professional customer service was excellent and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality product. Thanks in particular to Fiona for all your assistance, and we can't wait to have our new letterbox stand proudly outside our new home.

No problems with getting a device to secure an outside tap, and they even provided a padlock which I did not expect - and all for a reasonable price too, would buy from them again.
The quality of workmanship is bad . I think the fabricator needs to have a hard look in the mirror,i give it two stars if three is average.
Letterbox provided with incorrect laser cut number - when I politely asked for a replacement only a tacked on plate was offered to cover up their mistake, refused to provide a replacement and told to return for a refund. The manager (Mark) acted like an insolent child, couldn't recommend dealing with this company.
