We are very grateful to this clinic for their services, advice and mostly for the moms group 4 wk clinic. I'm still friends with many of the moms and bubbas. Visiting this clinic has been bitter sweet for us, however. Most midwives are professional, friendly, informative, very compassionate, emphatetic & kind. They actually connect with baby & you and you feel lighter when you leave. And then there are some that are cold with their subtle sarcasm and body language, they treat your baby like a disease and make you wish you'd never made an appointment. They're not baby friendly at all and in its a clinic for babies. They've clearly lost their sensitivity and compassion and perhaps now it's JUST A JOB. So it's hit and miss. Hopefully, you get a kind midwife at your next appointment who loves her job and likes meeting mommies & babies.

Nothing outstanding. Just a normal clinic. Staff are friendly. But ALWAYS running late for appointments. Often 30 min waiting beyond booked appointment. So you only have minimal time to discuss issues you want to discuss.

An amazing resource for all new parents, from tiny babies up to 8 years of age. I cannot recommend this service enough and am so incredibly grateful that support like this exists. Parents can often feel isolated and alone, but this service will always support you wholeheartedly.

We were amazed by the service at this community center, way above and beyond to most of the private health centers where we had to actually pay ....Tanya was soo patient and helped us with all our concerns...ladies at the reception were very kind as well...very well maintained parents room...
