Hiring the Toy Hauler from Trails n Trax was a great experience. The owner was friendly and helpful. Great explanation of how everything worked which was great as we were first time caravaners. Really helpful videos provided in case you get stuck working some aspect of the van while you're away. The Van itself was great. Fantastic layout which allowed us to really relax and enjoy a break with our dogs along. Highly recommended!
The TRAILS’N’TRAX van and service by Jeremy was the best service I have ever received from a company. Nothing was too hard and they were super flexible with pickup and drop off times. The van was immaculate and had everything we needed for a family weekend away. No more tents for us and we can’t wait to use the van again one day.
We hired Jeremys van on 17 Jan 2020 for a week. Fantastic communication from Jeremy made hiring his van a pleasure. He dropped off and picked up van at my chosen location. The queen bed was super comfy, and the air con was a blessing in the heat. Great compact kitchen, big fridge, gas stove top and microwave. Super clean and it was great that Jeremy had 4 camp chairs, 2 small tables for outside and one for inside. I would definitely recommend Jeremy. He was so helpful and answered all my questions straight away. We enjoyed our week in his van.
Great service . Excellent van with all the mod cons. Jeremy was very accomodating with flexible pick up and drop off times and excellent communication . We will definitely be booking the van again.
Jeremy was great to deal with. Enjoyed the full service of delivery and service plus the kayaks made the kids camping trip even more enjoyable
