Dean at the front counter was awesome with the part I needed for my car and by a simple question asking about another different part for a friends car had Dean straight onto the system and had an answer and the stock, had the second parts all within 5 minutes without any warning from me. Well done to Dean and the team, far from the old wrecking yards that used to be.

The motor I bought was shipped quickly but unfortunately wouldn’t start after install. Geoff arranged for shipping back to a mechanic and supplied a replacement to test the install procedure. It took a while to be fair but at the end of the day Total Parts honoured their warranty 100% including all mechanical and transport costs. They could have easily snowjobbed me as I live a distance away. They chose to do the right thing and I recommend them highly.
These guys have amazing customer service that you just don't get these days anymore. I highly recommend them!
