Thank you to Ian and his crew. They went out of their way to help us in our time of stress. We had a short in our main power line to our home on a Saturday evening and could not get any electricians to assist us. Still without power on the Monday, in desperation we rang Aaron who had previously organised our 13.2kw solar installation to see if he knew of anyone. Ian and his crew immediately came to our aid, found the problem and did a brilliant job, putting in a complete new line to our home. I was very impressed with Aaron, the consultant, who gave my wife & I the correct information through the whole procedure. Then the installation was over in a few hours, the guys didn't stop until the job was complete. Savings have gone through the roof, 500 first saving, then in summer we had 600 the biggest saving was 700 in the hottest summer. These guys give after sales advice & service which is very important Thank you Solar & Batteries Direct.
