Wish it was a bit more animated and alive. The park is beautiful but often half of the rides are closed. Been 3 times with my annual pass already and haven't done all the rides I wanted yet. Sky Voyager is a must do, absolutely magical.

Always a great day. Would be better if they re-evaluated their menus and pricing. 14.90 for chips and a burger. Why not add a drink? If you want a cheese burger get the kids meal. Same size burger and chips with a drink added.
Bit of a wait for rides and some closed but better to have them maintained than not. Heaps better views than the other parks and justifiably so. A great family day out.
This just might be the best maintained theme park in the world. Pick a ride or attraction you like and there is a very good chance it will be "closed for maintenance". The original part of Dreamworld is a shadow of its former self right now. Disappointing compared to the 80s and 90s when my recollection was that there might be one attraction closed for maintenance on a visit, if you were unlucky. The current construction site vibe is not a good one. Special mention must however go to the hardworking staff here, who were alll brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Tiger Island too was great with the zookeepers there providing us a great show in the afternoon. I'm not even sure it was scheduled. We just sat there for a rest to watch the Tigers and they came out for a chat and gave us a personal show. Very informative and every question was answered with genuine interest and enthusiasm. Excellent. We had a second day to visit the excellent Whitewater World water park. Brilliant! 5 stars with 1 star knocked off for the current sadness of the original theme park.
We had such an amazing few days Here and the staff were truly the best! All of them had smiles on their faces, always happy and ready to chat or help anyway they could. Rides and surfaces cleaned on the hour every hour as well.
I went here today and It was definitely not the greatest experience, I’ve been here once before in 2014 and it was great the log ride was working (which was my favourite ride) and the water raptors were also one of my favourite ride and I was excited to go on them but they were closed. About 80% of the rides were not open or working. I would usually recommend going here but not at the moment because a lot of the rides need worked on because of COVID-19. White Water World was amazing as it was last time I came here but only 4 slides were closed. Thanks!
Great time - plenty of rides for all ages. Facilities clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Good to see attention to safety. Signage/sign posts within grounds could be improved. A few more maps also would be helpful. Would definitely go back.
I would like to send sincere thanks to Jody from Security for coming to my aid this afternoon. I spent over 30 minutes in 30C heat looking for my misplaced car. Jody was wonderful and assisted me finding the car in 10 minutes ( I was 2 rows over in the other direction !!!!). Thank you again, Jody, you were a lifesaver. From a very grateful customer.
