I am from Sydney and found a Ute that I wanted to purchase from here. I had the cash in hand, ready to drive to Cooma, trade in my vehicle and pay the change over on the same day. I rung these guys at least 5 times, sent an online enquiry and also sent an email and no one got back to me with what I needed. I was ready to buy, all I needed to know what the changeover price would have been but it was impossible to get someone to respond. I understand that I wasn’t purchasing brand new, however the vehicle purchase price was still above 39,000 and would have expected at least some level of customer service.

Could not rate the service department enough! Tracey the service manager and Sean the mechanic, went above and beyond for me and family. Stayed late to diagnosis my car, ordered parts to get it sorted and squeezed me in between bookings to getnit all fitted! Thanks heaps Cooma Toyota service department!!!!
