I no longer will be spending 90 a week for fuel at BP Coolum beach. I am still in disbelief that having run out of fuel 200 m from the service station in my classic vintage car due to a fuel pump change, they would not lend me a fuel can and instead insisted on me buying one. So much for community spirit. The prices are generally .05-.10 more expensive than competing service stations however, previously I didn’t mind as I thought I was supporting local business. Clearly they’re not prepared to support me in my time of need. How times hav changed!

So myself, my partner and child were walking home from new year's eve fireworks and had planned on a quick stop in for softdrink and as someone who is time conscious I was aware it was 8:48 as I had it on my smart watch and as I walked through the door I was immediately met with "oi nah! We're closed council regulations has us shut at 8:50 (which it was was not anyway) and then proceeded to refuse us service even though shop close time is 9pm. Just thought it was unacceptable rude service and I myself work in that industry so have a good idea of the correct procedures.... 1

While your staff are good i haven't used your site for the last 12 months. Your opposition on David Low Highway are consistently 5 to 10 cents cheaper than you are per litre.I use premium 98 which is also up to 4 cents per litre cheaper than your site between unleaded and premium 98

Pretty disappointed with my experience here, it’s usually my go to but tonight the attitude of the staff member was ridiculous. There was a car jump starting his vechile right beside the fuel pump and when the staff member was notified he said it should be right. Not good enough as it was extremely dangerous to be doing this. He did not shut off the fuel or take any action. Absolutley apauling.
