Helpful staff who took the time to explain things about shoes and socks for different foot conditions. Thoroughly recommend this store and its sister stores.

Shoes are lovely, however staff are hopeless, I called back 3 times, and was totally ignored, the girl was more interested in talking then even acknowledging that I was there. I had 2 pairs of shoes in my hand that I wanted to try on, I never even got eye contact. Eventually my husband called me away, saying we must be invisible. A quick Hello, be with you soon, would have been enough. So dissapointed.

I just got my first pair of merrell shoes from Sole Coolangatta store and it is just so comfortable to wear. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.
