Used these guys recently for a building and pest inspection. 2 guys came to site and did a fantastic job. Did all the basics perfectly, including climbing into the roof space on a hot day to make sure they covered everything! They also answered some questions regarding Reno’s we wanted to do, whether or not some walls could be taken out or not. They also didn’t sign off haphazardly on a questionable movement in a wall join and recommended a structural engineer to sign off. Inspection was done at 3pm and we had both reports by 10pm that night - excellent service and great job!
