Conflicting assessor's reports.. claim denied ( roof storm damage )...sent correspandence to AFCA for review
81 year old mum drove her car into the back wall of the garage. Mum is okay, put in a claim for 3rd party property damage, 2 weeks later still waiting on Apia to approve the claim. They are now stating that the Builder should have provided measurements for each piece of wood, wall sheeting etc they will be using. What a load of crock. I wont be insuring through them ever.

Hideous company! Cruel, uncaring staff who have made an awful experience of a home break in crippling! My sister is an absolute wreck after having your staff interrogate her as though she is the criminal! I have no doubt your method is to make the process so difficult and unpleasant that people give up and don't pursue the claim, which is what my sister wanted to do, but our family will rally around her and get legal advice to investigate the way you have managed her claim.

with all the advertising on TV, i managed to get a home insurance quote today, i was on the phone with APIA customer service, for 45 mints, the policy is same as most other insurances. they are expensive. not cheap for over 50s.
