Recently had a great experience when visiting the shop whereby I needed to get some spare fridge parts. Got great unbiased advice and the part I needed. Was very pleased to get the fridge fixed, given it stopped working properly over the weekend. Have dealt with Cool Cats a number of times and can only recommend their service!.

Great customer service from all staff including delivery. Tech who visited our home explained very clearly what the problem was with our existing fridge. We bought a fridge from Cool Cats as ours not worth fixing. Exceeding happy with the purchase and the whole experience.
