Terrible service ordered a meal and was only handed half of it. Then I had to go back leaving my hot food to turn cold. The woman serving me checked the rail to see if my order was still sitting there and it wasnt. She then turned to me and said you must have taken it home. Why would I come back all that way just to get some free chicken boljas come on no apology no nothing. Maybe if she talked less she would know what she is doing as she was totally clueless.

This is how the food was handed to me. Terrible staff and customer service. For those who left a good review, come back on a busy day.

Remarkable Service !!! The little lady who served us on the night of 13th made a flawless (one wo-man army!!!) . The rush made it look like it was gonna take a while but, the order was ready in no time and the food was surprisingly fresh for a fast food joint. One of the best Oportos i've been in a while.

Good enough. The chips in the Bondi deal were nice.

I couldn't fault their chicken burgers, and it's much better than a McDonalds or BK, but service could be better!

Well just like most of us, they have good and bad days. The dine in experience is usually good however they have issues with the take away. Twice the churos were overcooked and uneatable. Similarly in the uber eats order twice they missed placing bread for which we paid in advance. So its a 50-50 from me and I would advise to be careful with the takeaway or home deliveries.
