They send your an email asking you wanna dispute something or not. Then try calling to discuss about the email. So negative then they transfer you to a different line that never answers what the hell.

The residential bonds department is clearly understaffed. The response time is ridiculously slow, be sure to wait at least 30 minutes to speak to a staff member on the phone.

Absolutely pathetic service, no information online, tried to contact them over the phone waited more than an hour. No response yet, worst customer service i have ever been through.

Worst of the worst service you could have experienced with this institution. You will never expect to reach an operator successfully for your problems or enquiries. Neither will you expect to get any response through email except those can email replies saying they will get back to you in 5 business days. Unfortunately if your bond has been deposited in this organization, then expect for a long long battle to get your bond back.

Absolute joke. Deliberately hanged up on me and didn’t want to help me. Has a strong pretentious attitude like she’s the best thing in the world because she has an office job. Update: I followed what she told me and contacted the legal helpline in regard to my rights. They funnily enough told me to call back this organisation because I have the right as a consumer to have my issue resolved and the people at Consumer & Business Services should assist me accordingly. Thank you for your time. Next time be more caring about your job and actually try to help people instead of taking advantage of the organisation in the first place.
